An Arkansas native all of its life, 858 N. Woodlawn Drive has called Fayetteville home for 66 years. For 50 of those years, up to 2018, the home was owned by a couple, one of which was the dean of the U of A School of Architecture, who through the years made some pretty cool additions to the home. It’s always been the crown jewel of Woodlawn Drive, but the current owners moved in about three years ago and have been working to update and improve the home even more.
The end result is fantastic, inside and out. Everything from new Hardie board siding and a new roof, to more sexy updates like the luxury vinyl plank flooring that was just installed throughout 90% of the house, and a completely remodeled kitchen, which was brightened up with gray quartz countertops, shiny new white cabinets, and under/over cabinet lighting.
