A new cafe is open at the Fayetteville Public Library.

The new restaurant, called 641.DELI, held a soft opening for lunch last week, and is now open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, both cold and grilled, along with some salads, fried chicken tenders, and some snacks. The deli also offers a unique beans and rice entree for $1 called the Dewey Decimal Special.

641.DELI is located on the southeast side of the library, and is accessible by its own entrance on that side of the building. The space is part of the library’s recent expansion.
