Game time moved for Arkansas men’s matchup with Mississippi State

The Arkansas men’s basketball SEC opener at Mississippi State will start at 4 p.m. on Wednesday (Dc. 29), which is four hours earlier than originally scheduled.

Officials said the tipoff time was moved because of the Florida-Ole Miss game was postponed after a COVID-19 outbreak within the Gators’ program.

The Razorbacks (10-2) will face a Bulldogs team (9-3) that has had similar struggles as Arkansas, losing to Louisville on Nov. 25, falling to Minnesota on Dec. 5, and stumbling 66-63 to Colorado State on Dec. 11.

Mississippi State, however, won its last three games in a row and are hoping to add a fourth win against the Hogs in their home opener.

The game will be televised by the SEC Network.
