Mandolin genius and International Bluegrass Music Hall of Famer Sam Bush, legendary dobro and lap-steel guitarist/record producer Jerry Douglas, and a handful of other artists have been added to the Fresh Grass festival lineup.

Officials today announced that Bush, The Jerry Douglas Band, and six other artists will join previously announced acts including Emmylou Harris and the Red Dirt Boys, Margo Price, and Amythyst Kiah at the second-ever FreshGrass festival, set for May 20-21 at The Momentary in Northwest Arkansas.

Momentary officials posted the updated lineup on Instagram this morning. The expanded lineup also includes Balsam Range, Bombino, Alison Brown, Red Baraat, Lost Bayou Ramblers, and local songwriter Willi Carlisle.

In all, this year’s lineup is promising more than 15 bands, so a few more artist announcements are expected.

Tickets to the 2022 festival are $105 ($84 for Momentary members), $35 for kids 7-16, and free for kids 6 and under. VIP passes are also available.

The Momentary is located at 507 SE E St in Bentonville.
