University seeks participants for paid coffee study

The University of Arkansas Sensory Science Center is seeking participants for a paid coffee study.

The research project concerns experimental auction for ground coffee products. Participants will be asked to evaluate two types of brewed coffee samples and conduct experimental auctions.

The study will be composed of either one or two sessions depending on the results of the first session. The first session will last approximately 30 minutes, and those who are invited to the second session should expect it to last about 10 minutes, according to the project website.

Participants will be compensated with up to a $20 Amazon gift card, and will have the opportunity to receive a 12 oz. bag of coffee.
