The first two artists for the UA’s annual Springtime of Youth festival have been announced.

According to the UA Headliners Instagram account, actor/musician Dominic Fike (Euphoria) and rapper/songwriter Princess Nokia will headline the event, set for April 30 at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

The annual event debuted in 2015 as an alternative to the committee’s typical semester concerts held at Barnhill Arena. The inaugural event took place over two consecutive days, but was converted to a single-day event in 2016.

Past performers include Kesha, Galantis, Bleachers, Lil Dicky, Big Sean, Young the Giant, Caitlyn Smith, Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, Børns, Mutemath, Moxie Raia, MisterWives, and others.

The 2021 event was held virtually due to the pandemic, and featured performances by AJR, Lil Yachty, T-Pain, Remi Wolf, and PVRIS on Zoom.

No ticket information has been announced just yet, but in previous years the shows have been free for students, and if there are any left, general admission tickets eventually become available to the public.

More artists are expected to be announced between now and April 30.

We’ll keep you posted on that, and any ticket information as it becomes available.
