Apple Seeds Inc. will host another of their kitchen table dinners next month.

The dinner is set for May 20, and will feature cuisine by chef and food activist, Nate Walls.

Walls is best known for his smoked meats and barbecue, as well as for his efforts to combat food insecurity and reduce food waste in the community.

“All of my meats are smoked with aged mesquite wood. I add special spices and love to make them true fan favorites,” Walls said.

The event will begin with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by the multi-course dinner from 7-8:30 p.m.

Tickets to the event are $100 per person. Proceeds benefit Apple Seeds Inc, and their mission “to inspire healthy living through garden-based education.”
