The folks behind a popular spot for tacos and brunch are getting into the burger business.

The owners of Xuma Kitchens have opened a food truck called Bougie Buns at the 514 Filling Station mobile business park in south Fayetteville.

Update: Bougie Buns has moved their truck to Springdale.

The new truck focuses on burgers, sandwiches, and other items.

From the description:

Bougie Buns is a unique food truck with a few new twists including homemade sauces, fresh and local ingredients, and an Impossible meat patty as a meat alternative option. Served in Ozark’s Natural Artisan bread. We offer a wide range of options that can cater to all sorts of diet restrictions and specific health needs.

The truck opened this week, and the plan is to be open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. They’re open for walk-up orders now, and owner Alex Ayala said she hopes to soon add delivery through DoorDash and other third-party delivery sites.

514 Filling Station is located at 514 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., next to Wood Stone Craft Pizza.
