More than 4,400 students will don a cap and gown this month as part of the University of Arkansas’ 2022 spring commencement ceremonies.

The ceremonies, scheduled for May 13-14, will include both graduate and undergraduate students, and will take place in Bud Walton Arena and Barnhill Arena.

There will be free parking on campus for attendees in any lot labeled unrestricted. Here’s a map of available parking, including parking reserved for people with disabilities.

Guests will be required to enter through the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena, and the north and upper-south entrances of Barnhill Arena, officials said. UA officials say cameras and handbags will be inspected at the door, and are urging attendees to allow extra time for that process. Baggage, balloons, wrapped packages, backpacks, strollers and noise-makers are prohibited.

All ceremonies will be available to livestream via the UA’s Youtube Channel.

At the all-university commencement on May 14, an honorary doctorate will be given to radio and television personality, Bobby Bones.
