Back in 2016 in Scranton, PA the first ever Outlaw Music Festival was launched, and subsequently sold-out. The show was so well-received by fans that Blackbird and Willie Nelson knew it had to continue. Since then, the festival has become one of North America’s biggest annual touring franchises and continues to amass eager music-lovers everywhere they go. On Friday, July 1 the Walmart AMP will welcome back Willie Nelson & Family on the 2022 Outlaw Music Festival with Brothers Osborne, Steve Earle & The Dukes, Allison Russell and Particle Kid.

Over the years, musicians such as Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton, Sheryl Crow, The Avett Brothers and many more have been a part of the Outlaw Tour, sharing unforgettable music memories while touring across the country. “The Outlaw Music Festival Tour has always been about family and friends coming together for a great day of music and fun, and with the amazing group of artists joining us, this year promises to be our most special Outlaw Tour to date. I just can’t wait to get back on the road again” says Willie Nelson.

Brothers Osborne’s unique country twang meets rock and roll swagger creates an easily recognizable sound that has landed them six Grammy® nominations, four CMA Awards, five ACM trophies and more than a half-dozen hits. It is a sound rooted in the excitement and electricity of Brothers Osborne’s concerts, each packed with songs that could all serve as crowd-rousing encores.

Steve Earle, who is known for his debut Grammy-nominated album Guitar Town and Billboard charted song “Copperhead Road,” is a beloved country artist who began his career in 1974, and continues to wow concertgoers with a rockabilly sound that effortlessly bridges rock and country. Rounding out the lineup is singer, songwriter, poet, activist and pivotal voice behind the bands Birds of Chicago and Our Native Daughters, Allison Russell; and the experimental future-folk artist Particle Kid.
