Washington Regional’s medical records department was relocated this week.
The department was previously located inside the Washington Regional Medical Center’s main building in Fayetteville, but is now across the street at 3318 N. Northhills Blvd., Ste. 110, according to a news release.

The move was effective today (July 13), the release stated.
The records department is open for in-person records requests weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and by phone at 479-463-1158.
