Have you ever thought to yourself, “What if I have incredible natural skills at kayak polo? Like, what if I’m even among the best players in the world, but I just don’t know because I’ve never tried it?”

Well, you can stop wondering this week, if you can get to Wilson Park pool on Wednesday, July 27.

Kayak polo began last month and Wednesday’s session is the final chance to participate this year, according to the program website. Games will be held from 6-8 p.m. that evening, and the cost is $10.

The sport is one of several outdoor activities offered by the city’s parks and recreation department. Other offerings include kayaking and canoeing classes, hiking, mountain biking, backcountry cooking classes, and archery classes.
