  • By Todd Gill · Tuesday, Aug 2, 2022

FAYETTEVILLE — City officials are reminding business owners to renew their business licenses by Monday, Oct. 31 to avoid late fees.

Renewal fees are $15 and can be submitted online.

Since 2011, all businesses – including home-based businesses – within the city limits must obtain a business license unless the business qualifies for an exemption. Owners of short-term rental properties must also obtain a business license.

Business license renewal notices will be sent by e-mail on Tuesday, Aug. 2. Renewals will be processed as quickly as possible, according to a news release.

For more information, contact the Business License Clerk at 479-575-8352 or email [email protected]
