The 2022 Tontitown Grape Festival is underway this week and runs through Saturday, Aug. 6 just a few minutes north of Fayetteville in Tontitown.

The annual event returns for its 123rd season this year and includes carnival rides, an arts and crafts fair, a 5K walk/run, and free live music at 154 E Henri De Tonti Boulevard (U.S. 412).

This year’s music lineup includes performances by Jenna and the Soul Shakers, Casi Joy, Kevin Upshaw & One Night Stand, Midnight South, Dale Johnston’s Country Review, Heath Sanders, Phil McGarrah & Runnin’ on Empty, and Craig Campbell.

Also returning this year are festival traditions like spaghetti dinners, a grape stomp, grape ice cream, and the annual crowning of the Queen Concordia.

Entry into the festival grounds with live music is free, but some activities require a fee.

Spaghetti dinners cost $12 for adults or $6 for children, and will be served from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Carnival armbands are $25-$30.

This year’s festivities will wrap up on Saturday at 11 p.m. with the annual grand prize giveaway when one person will win a 2021 Ford EcoSport.
