A cycling event benefiting a local women’s organization and including rest stops with tacos for participatns is coming up in NWA this fall.
The event, called Tour de Tacos, is set for Sept. 10 on the Razorback Greenway.
There are four routes for the ride, all departing from Bentonville, and making their way down the greenway at various lengths, including 7, 30, 62, and 100-mile options. Along each route, there will be hydration stations that also include delicious tacos available to all participants.
The rides range from $40 for a 7-mile ride to $75 for the 100-mile route, and proceeds from the event benefit local organization Dress for Success, a nonprofit located in Fayetteville and Rogers that “empowers women towards economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and programs to help them thrive in work and in life.”
