Wednesday lets you try their Po’boys. Starting with a six-inch homemade hoagie, they’ll pile on the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sriracha mayo, and a new protein every week.
Thursday is all about the French Dip. Thinly sliced beef cooked medium-rare and seared off on the grill to order, topped with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and au jus served on a homemade hoagie.
Friday helps you close out the week strong with their Half Chicken dish. Hickory smoked chicken halves are flash fried, BBQ glazed, and seasoned with lemon pepper, herbs, spices, and more—all served with a heaping side of mashed potatoes, veggies, and bread.
