Who’s ready for three days of movies in Fayetteville?

Of course, we’re talking about Fayetteville Film Fest, which kicks off Thursday, Oct. 20 and runs through Saturday in downtown Fayetteville.

This year’s event begins with a block party on the square from 6-8 p.m. Thursday with festivities also planned inside the Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History.

After that, the event will include screenings of four narrative, feature-length films including American Murderer, Freedom’s Path, Hard Shell/Soft Shell, and We Burn Like This, along with documentaries, narrative shorts, and more.

Films will be screened at the University of Arkansas Global Campus, 2 E. Center St. and inside the Pryor Center at 1 E. Center St. A full schedule is available here.

A festival pass is $50 ($25 for students), with several free events. Tickets to individual events and screenings are also available for $5-$8.
