Grammy award-winning hip-hop group The Roots, are coming to Northwest Arkansas for a show at the Momentary on Saturday, April 29, 2023, venue officials announced Tuesday.
The band, who Rolling Stone magazine called one of the “Twenty Greatest Live Acts in the World,” has been serving as the house band on the Tonight Show since Jimmy Fallon took over the gig in 2014. They’ve won three Grammy awards, are world class musicians and pioneers widely considered to be one of the greatest hiphop groups of all time.
Tickets to the show are on sale for Momentary members through Dec. 5, and are $45 for member general admission, and $25 for students with valid ID. After that, if tickets are still available, they’ll go on sale to the general public.
It’s the first big show so far to be announced in the Momentary’s 2023 season of live music, but we’re expecting more announcements to follow.
