What do you offer?
We are a full-service nutrition company focused on results. We leverage community support, tech, education, and prepared meals to drive results with our customers. We offer a meal prep solution with our single-serve frozen prepared meals and protein-packed shakes. We’re located in Springdale, but we will be serving the entire Northwest Arkansas area as we will also offer delivery to all of NWA!
What makes you unique?
We are unique in the fact that we offer a well-rounded approach to helping our members and customers achieve their health goals. We offer body composition scans so that our members get a better understanding of their body, and we get a better understanding of their goals in which we can help them find meal solutions for them to achieve their goals with the addition of our protein-packed shakes offered in-store! We can then track their progress over-time and celebrate their wins!

We make meal prep easy by providing an array of different proteins and healthy sides (all gluten free)! Our meals are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to give our members and customers flexibility as to when they eat their meals as they have a longer shelf-life as well as maintain the integrity and freshness of the food. We offer weekly meal subscriptions to save our members both time and money! Members can pick up their subscriptions in-store OR choose delivery. We are delivering to ALL of Northwest Arkansas! Meal subscriptions can be paused at any time and members are able to change up their menu weekly, or as they see fit!
Our protein shakes are made with real whole-food ingredients with the addition of high-quality protein supplements. A great compliment to our meal subscriptions!
