Rapper and country singer Jelly Roll will bring his Backroad Baptism Tour to the Walmart AMP for a show on Thursday, Aug. 24, officials announced this week.

Gates are scheduled to open at 6 p.m. and music starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 24 (presales begin Feb. 22). Ticket prices range from $39.75-$99.75 plus fees.

Struggle Jennings, Caitlynne Curtis and Josh Adam Meyers will open the show.

Described as a multi-genre artist, Jelly Roll dominated the Billboard Emerging Artist Chart for 25 consecutive weeks, ultimately breaking the record of most weeks spent at No. 1, with his single, “Son Of A Sinner.”

It’s the 20th concert booked at the AMP so far this year, with more expected to be added in the coming weeks.

New for the 2023 season is the AMP’s $20 Premier Reserved Parking add-on, which guarantees a space in the parking lot across from the venue’s main entrance. A limited number spots will be available for most shows.

Purchase tickets and add-ons at amptickets.com, in person at either of the venue’s box offices, or by calling 479-443-5600.
