(Jack in the Box)Jack in the Box will soon expand into Arkansas by opening a location in Rogers, the company announced Wednesday.
The move is part of an expansion plan that also includes adding 13 locations in Florida, which will mark the first new Jack in the Box restaurants in The Sunshine State in over 30 years.
The new Arkansas franchisee was not named, but is an experienced multi-unit hotel operator, according to Dustin Thompson, director of franchise development for Jack in the Box.
“Their local market knowledge combined with our strong presence in Texas and Oklahoma made this a natural fit for Jack in the Box,” said Thompson.
The San Diego-based hamburger chain operates and franchises over 2,180 restaurants across 21 states, according to a press release. The company also operates 600 Del Taco locations across 15 states.
