A food truck that has been an anchor for the Yacht Club on College for the last several years plans to soon relocate to a different city.

According to Facebook posts on the truck’s official page, Dot’s Nashville Hot Chicken will move to the lot next to Natural State Beer at 5214 Village Pkwy Suite 140 in Rogers.

“After meeting with them, tasting the food with beer, making new friends we all agreed it is a great move,” said Dot’s owner Russell Ingram in a Facebook post last week. “Patios, indoor seating when it’s rainy or cold, cool collaborations, the possibilities are endless and they are great people to do this with.”

Dot’s has been operating in Fayetteville since the summer of 2017. As the name suggests, the truck specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken and other dishes.

The restaurant will continue to operate in Fayetteville until March 24, Ingram said. After that, you’ll have to make the short trip up north to get your Dot’s fix.

Natural State Beer posted this week that the restaurant will celebrate a grand opening in the new location on April 1.
