Crêpes Paulette to open Fayetteville location

A beloved crêperie that got its start in the northern part of the region will soon expand into Fayetteville.

The owners of Bentonville-based restaurant Crêpes Paulette on Monday announced plans to open the new location in a social media post on the company’s Instagram and Facebook profiles.

Owners Paula Jo Chitty Henry and Frédéric Henry posted a selfie a little before 9 a.m. on Monday from inside the new shop with keys in hand, that read “Fayetteville, here we come!”

The address wasn’t announced, but from the looks of the photo (see the distinctive vertical wall tiles here and here), it’ll be in the space recently vacated by Snack Lab at 2341 N. College Ave.

Update: Paula confirmed that Crêpes Paulette will indeed be in the Snack Lab spot. “Please include how fortunate we feel to move into such a well-appointed and sparkling location,” she said.

Snack Lab closed its Fayetteville restaurant back in February, and hinted at the time that another local concept would be moving in shortly.

The menu for the new restaurant focuses on a variety of sweet and savory crêpes, along with soups, coffee drinks, and other items.

Paula told us if all goes well, she hopes to be up and running in the new location sometime this summer.
