Cycling in Fayetteville

Fayetteville is a world-class cycling destination, and is currently the only city in the United States that’s designated as a Bike City by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the world governing body of cycling.

The UCI gives the label to places that not only host major UCI cycling events, but also for their commitment to developing cycling at all levels, from elite competition to the use of bikes for leisure and as a means of transportation.

Fayetteville is known best for its road and gravel riding, but also includes over 100 miles of paved and singletrack trails.
