It’s officially concert announcement season.
The Walmart AMP has been announcing acts in their summer lineup regularly recently, Fayetteville Roots announced a new festival lineup this week, The Momentary unveiled plans for several big shows and three new festivals last week, George’s has been killing it with new announcements, and new venue JJ’s Live has also been rolling out new shows seemingly on the daily.
Just this week, the venue has announced new shows by Black Label Society (May 13), Cherub (April 14), Better Than Ezra (June 24), and The Band Camino (June 3).
The Black Label Society show was announced earlier today. The band, featuring guitarist Zakk Wylde, will perform at the venue on May 13. Nita Strauss and Jared James Nichols will open the show. General admission tickets are $35, pit/floor tickets are $50, and a VIP 4-top table is $600. This show goes on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 4.
Electronic/indie duo, Cherub, will perform on Thursday, April 14. It’s an all-ages show. Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. this morning, and range from $22.50 for general admission and $35 for pit/floor. More options are here.
Louisiana-based rock band Better Than Ezra are performing again, and they’ll be at JJ’s Live on June 24. Tickets to this show also go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 4. Prices are $30 for general admission and $55 for pit/floor. Tickets will be on sale here.
Memphis alt/pop act The Band Camino are set to play June 3. Tickets to this one also go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 4. Prices are $29.50 for general admission, and VIP and other options are available.
