Earth Day Festival set for April 21 at Botanical Garden of the Ozarks

Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will celebrate Earth Day with music, food, educational booths, and more at an event set for next month.

The event is scheduled for 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, April 21.

The celebration will include several interactive activities around the grounds, along with educational booths on composting, recycling, and other ways to help the environment. Food trucks and treats will be available along with a local tree and shrub giveaway. Live music will include Candy Lee and the Backyard Bugs, March to August, and Still on the Hill. Mayors from around the region have also been invited to speak at the event.

Food trucks scheduled to set up shop include Rockin Rackley’s BBQ and Wholesome Smoothies.

Tickets to the event are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 4-17. Kids 3 and under get in free. Botanical Garden of the Ozarks members, along with anyone who bikes to the event can also get in free.
