The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will host its annual Jingle Bell Jog 5K and Reindeer Fun Run fundraiser on Saturday, Dec. 1 on the garden grounds at 4703 N. Crossover Road in east Fayetteville.
Ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, elf ears or anything that sparkles and jingles is highly encouraged. Light snacks are included with registration. Participants who pre-register will receive a swag bag.
The 5K course begins at the garden and travels out and back along Lake Fayetteville Trail. The Fun Run takes place inside the garden.

Registration prices start at $10 for the children’s fun run and $30 for the 5K. Entry fees increase by $5 after Nov. 17. Registration for the 5K Team of 5 event is $100 per team.
Packet pickup is available at Botanical Garden of the Ozarks on Friday, Nov. 30 from 4-6:30 p.m. or Saturday, Dec. 1 at 8:15 a.m. The race will be chip timed.

Jingle Bell Jog 5K – All Ages
Price is $30 per person ($35 after Nov. 17). Race begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. Instructors from Fayetteville Athletic Club will lead a warmup stretch at 8:30 a.m.
5K Team of 5 – All Ages
Price is $100 per team (5 registrants per team). Race the 5K as a team. The fastest 5 will receive a special holiday prize.
Reindeer Fun Run – Under age 12
Price is $10 per person ($15 after Nov. 17). Race begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. Kids 4 and under will run about 1/2 mile (four laps around the Great Lawn). Kids 5 and over will run 1 mile on the garden’s paved and dirt trail.
