Best Friends Animal Society of Northwest Arkansas will host a pet-friendly group hike around Lake Fayetteville this weekend.

The event is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, June 25 at the parking lot of Lake Fayetteville near the entrance from Lake Fayetteville Road past Lewis & Clark Outfitters.

Attendees can meet other dog lovers in the area, explore the local trails and learn about the services that Best Friends provides to the community.
