If you’re looking for an opportunity to get a little fancy and help support veteran services, there’s a chance to do both of those things coming up in Fayetteville this weekend.
American Legion Post 27 will host A Starry Night: Second Chance Prom event at 6:30 p.m on Friday, June 23.

The event will include dinner catered by La Media Luna, music by Jerry Dowding, dancing, and other prom-related festivities.
Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended.
American Legion Post 27 is located at 1195 S. Curtis Avenue in Fayetteville.
Tickets to to the event are $25, and proceeds will support the American Legions efforts on behalf of veterans in NWA.
