Saturday’s game presents a huge opportunity for Morris and his Hogs, despite what some may think.
This Razorback team needs to be judged on improvement. They made some against the Aggies, but their mistakes were too glaring to pull off what would have been a stunning victory.
Sound play on special teams is what I’m looking for from the Razorbacks this week against the Aggies.
Morris and his staff’s ability to keep this squad mentally engaged despite the circumstances is the key to seeing more improvement.
While Razorback fans do love their Hogs, most have become very hesitant of being optimistic about their football squad.
Fans painted the stands Razorback red for all of Arkansas’ games from the onset, but the tournament got redder and redder and redder as the series advanced.
Dave Van Horn’s Arkansas Razorback baseball team opened baseball practice this week for what should by all accounts be an exciting season.
Arkansas fans aren’t exactly in a trusting mood at this point, and the program seemingly playing cat-and-mouse with them over who the coaching staff was going to be didn’t really engender confidence in the new leadership.

November is going to be an interesting month for the Razorbacks, and December likely will be, too, whether the Hogs make a bowl or not.
The thing I would most like to see is for the Razorbacks to put up a fight. Considering how this season has gone that may be too much to expect this week.
This football game is huge for the Hogs and their head coach.
I’ll just say it. Arkansas’ football schedule is a little odd this season.
