Thanks to Last Night Fayetteville, a New Year’s Eve celebration is back on the square, complete with an official countdown to midnight, a fireworks display, and over 20 performances at eight different venues.
If party hats need to be dry cleaned, and if noise-makers need to be tuned-up, it’s probably a good idea to go ahead and get that done. New Year’s Eve is just over a week away.
Organizers of Last Night, a new New Year’s Eve celebration set to debut in downtown Fayetteville in 2011, have released details on the entertainment for the first-year event.
The brainstorming session is scheduled for 6 p.m. on August 9 in the Walker Room inside the library, and is open to anyone who’d like to provide input.
The Creative Economy Action Group announced Thursday their plans to bring the annual New Years’ Eve Celebration back to the Fayetteville square.
