FHS Steel Pan Band: St. Patrick’s Day Fundraiser

To raise funds for the Fayetteville High School Percussion Ensemble to travel and perform at the “Music for All” National Percussion Festival, the Fayetteville Steel Pan Band is performing a concert at BGO!

The FHS Percussion Ensemble is one of 12 percussion ensembles from across the country selected to perform at this premier festival for student musicians, representing Fayetteville Public Schools, our city, and our state at the national level.

The Fayetteville Steel Pan Band is a vehicle for teaching students about the history, culture, music, and innovation of the people of Trinidad and Tobago. Their mission is to ensure students experience the magic of Soca and Calypso music and lead the way for steel pan to become a new and exciting avenue for artistic expression in the state of Arkansas.
