Movement Class at Art Court

Every Saturday through Sept 23rd @ 10:30AM at Art Court on Dickson Street! Movement Class is a community oriented physical education class aimed at enriching body control and awareness using fun and interactive partner drills and unique strength & mobility exercises. FIRST CLASS IS FREE! Then just $10 per class. Art Court is an outdoor, uncovered, urban environment. Cold water, towels and sunscreen is provided. Class is canceled if it rains.
